Hi Everybody!

Thanks to all of you for writing!  To Saleema, Eden, Samantha, Lake (who wrote all the way from Canada), Karishma, Carina, and Mallory:  Thanks so much for being such amazing fans.  I’m so glad you all like Mallory as much as you do. 

You all asked me a lot of great questions and here are some answers:

Question:  Which is my favorite Mallory book?

Answer:  I am always changing my mind.  I like them all.  If I had to choose one, I would probably choose Heart to Heart with Mallory because I kept a journal when I was Mallory’s age and it sounded a lot like the one she keeps.  I also always really like whichever new book I am working on.

Question:  When will the next book be out and what is it?

Answer:  The next book is out and it’s called  Happy New Year, Mallory!  You should be able to get it in stores or online.  I hope you’ll all read it.  Let me know what you think and if you have as much fun celebrating the New Year as Mallory does.

Hi Everybody,

Thanks to all of you for writing!  To Lake, Mallory, Carine, Rochell, Jessica, Ana, and Manvitha: I’m so glad to know you like the books and I was so impressed with all of your questions and great ideas!  

Here are some answers to your questions:

Mallory asked how old Mallory is.  She turns 9 in Happy Birthday, Mallory!  She is 10 in later books.

Ana asked where you can buy the books.  The answer is in any book store.  If the store doesn’t have the books, they can order them for you.

Manvitha asked about making Mallory into a movie.  Wouldn’t that be cool!

A special thank you to Manvitha and Jessica.  You both have great ideas and I hope you use your amazing creativity in your own writing.
