Hi Everybody,

It is hard to believe that the school year is almost over and summer will soon be here.  I know lots of you are saying “YEAH!” to that.

I want to thank each and every one of you for all the great mail you’ve sent me this year.  I’ve gotten lots of letters on the website and lots of snail mail too.  As Mallory would say, I love, love, love hearing from you all!  I love knowing that you like the Mallory books so much and I’m so impressed with all the great questions you ask.  (I hope I gave great answers!)

Recently, Hannah wrote to ask when the next Mallory book will be out.  The answer to that question is that Step Fourth, Mallory will be out in August. 

Samantha wrote to ask what she can do to become an author.  Samantha, I’m so glad that’s what you want to be.  It is a lot of fun.  The best thing you can do to become an author is to read, read, read. It can’t hurt to practice writing too.

Hi Everybody!

I’ll be doing a reading and booksigning of Campfire Mallory this Saturday, May 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Books & Books in Coral Gables, FL.  The address is 265 Aragon Avenue and the phone number is 305-444-9044.

We’ll be making friendship bracelets and singing camp songs.  If you live in Miami, I hope I see you Saturday!

Hi Everybody!

Today is one of the most important days of the year . . . MOTHER’S DAY!   Be sure to wish your mom a happy, great Mother’s Day and maybe you can find something special to do for her like make her a card or do something around the house so she can relax.
