One of my favorite things to do as an author is visit schools around the country and next week, I’m going to two schools!
I will be speaking at Highlands School and Crestline Elementary in Birmingham, Alabama. Two great schools! One great city! I can’t wait to meet all of the students and teachers.

Laurie-
This is Mrs. Haleys class from Crestline elementray school. You came and visited us today!!!! You are probably still here. WE LOVE YOUR BOOKS! They are fantastic. We can’t wait to go home and read the books and look more on your webiste. Our sub couldnt find exactly where to write you letters for a reply but we thought we would see it if we posted here on your blog. So email the adress if you know where we can find it. Once again we love your books Mallory is a great character. Please keep writing more. Are you going to write a Mallory book about spring break? that would be a great idea. We loved seeing you at Crestline Elementary today! You were the highlight of our day! My sister who is in 4th grade wished she could have seen you because I had a lot of fun with you!
